CADIZ defender Carlos Akapo has shared gruesome pictures of his bloodied broken foot he sustained after a reckless tackle from Eden Hazard.
Real Madrid ace Hazard caught Akapo while going for the ball in the 1-1 draw on Sunday.
The horror lunge from Hazard forced Akapo off injured with 15 minutes to go.
And shortly after the game Apako took to social media and revealed he had broken his second and third metatarsal bones as a result of the challenge.
A picture of his bloodied foot also accompanied the news.
The 29-year-old tweeted: “Thanks to the people who have cared, my second and third metatarsals are broken. Now it’s time to recover and die next weekend.”

Somehow, Hazard escaped a red card and was only booked – a decision Akapo questions.
The defender, whose side are in the relegation zone with a game to go, will miss the season finale against Alaves.
A win against the rock bottom side could see Cadiz lift themselves out of the relegation zone above Granada and Mallorca who are only ahead by a point and on goal difference respectively.
Cadiz manager Sergio described Hazard’s challenge as “ugly” but is undecided on whether it warranted a dismissal.

He said: ” He has a strong injury, the action is ugly, I don’t know if it’s red or not.”
Hazard was making a return from an injury layoff himself and the incident happened ten minutes into his substitute cameo.
The Belgian international has struggled since his £100million move from Chelsea in 2019.
Hazard has missed a total of 72 games for the LaLiga giants through injury, missing more than he has played.
